Chan Wa Band, ROCKSSSSSS

Great News!!!
To welcoming this wonderful performance in this coming 17th & 18th June 2010, I have to do some responsibility to help my ex-secondary school band to promote this Grand Concert!!!

I am a ex-member of this school band which was established since 1964. At first, it was made up by fifes, bugles and drums.

Few years later, Woodwind and Brass were added. By then, It was became Chan Wa Military Band.
Normally, our school band will have a concert every 2 years once to help our members to hoist our band members performance.
Besides that, we help to raise fund for our daily uses which is to have extra money to repair instruments, to purchase musical stands and other use.

And this is the chance for you to enjoy this nice concert.

It will be held on 17th & 18th June 2010:

Two arson bids in Taiping, black paint hurled at Malacca church

The staircase leading to the Taiping church was slightly burned while the Molotov cocktail thrown into the school failed to explode.
They not only hurt church but also the school.
What else they need to do??
Why happen in those church?

There is the 6th attack including yesterday's 4 attack.

Those stupid people will do stupid things like that.

Hope that it will be settle down and will not happen again!!!

Portugal's parliament passed a bill today that would make the predominantly Catholic country the sixth in Europe to permit gay marriage.
I think it will be a good news to all gays and lesbians.....

Gay marriage is currently permitted in Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Norway. Canada, South Africa and six US states also permit it.

It should be a rights for those people who like to get marriage with each others although their same sex.

Getting marriage is a new stage of our life.
If they are in love, we should agree with them.

We are not born in our choice in sex.

Same-sex couples should be proud of them to getting marriage.
They are brave.

Lastly, I would like to congratulate them...

The word 'ALLAH'

The most popular news started in year 2010 is the new of the false using the word Allah...

Actually The High Court has declared that the Herald can use the word “Allah” in its Catholic weekly publication and that the Home Minister order banning its use was illegal, null and void.( taken from here)

But the Muslims are not agree for it.And I know that this word is just using by Muslims and not to other religions.

The issue is very sensitive and touches on the feelings of the Muslims.

Muslims are now against the use of the word “Allah” by other religions.

Some of them are now afraid that the word ‘Allah’ may be exploited to the extent that the Muslims may be confused when the word is used by Christians.

Why Christians are using the word in their religions??

How to conduct this problem to avoid the ''war'' happen??

Who can be handle it well??

Who will made the best decisions on this issue??

When will it end???

Neb. boy, 6, takes wheel after dad passes out

NORTH PLATTE, Neb. – A 6-year-old boy grabbed the wheel of his family's pickup truck when his father passed out from low blood sugar, keeping the vehicle from crashing until an officer could bring it to a halt, police said.

Tustin Mains was in the back seat with his 3-year-old brother Sunday when his father, Phillip Mains, slumped over at the wheel, the boy told police. The family had been driving home from a restaurant.

"I remember getting up to about the mall — that was about 6:45," Mains told The North Platte Telegraph. "The next thing I remember was waking up to the officer and paramedics, and it was 8:15."

Tustin leapt into his father's lap so he could steer and see out the windshield. Mains' foot had slipped off the accelerator, but even at idle the Chevrolet Avalanche was going an estimated 10-15 mph, police said.

The kindergartner steered the truck several blocks, even turning around when he entered a neighborhood he didn't recognize, until he was spotted by police.

North Platte officer Roger Freeze ran up to the moving pickup, reached through an open window and rammed the gearshift into park.

Police Chief Martin Gutschenritter praised his officer and young Tustin.

"I will be issuing him a departmental citation for his quick, professional action on this case. That is also a very special young man. He was able to take quick action when his dad was incapacitated, and we are very proud of him, too," Gutschenritter said.

When he saw his dad "fall asleep," Tustin said, he got scared, then got another fright when officer Freeze appeared at the truck's window.

But when Freeze abruptly stopped the pickup?

"I was just happy," Tustin said.
