Ipoh Road Trip

Just came back from Ipoh few days ago..
Had a very wonderful and adventure trip..
5 of us, and i be the driver for the journey..
Meet our leng lui course mate who are from Ipoh.


Start our journey at 6.30am and reach Ipoh at around 8.30am.
The 1st station was Min Court DimSum..
The old style DimSum restaurant in Ipoh...
We had our nice breakfast all the way from KL.
I love their lo mai kai...*yummy*
The egg tart with multilayer skin...


After the some Dimsum, we decide to have the most famous white coffee in Ipoh.
There are 2 shops in between which are Sin Yoon Loong & Sun Yuan Foong.


We get into Sun Yuan Foong..


Ordered some ice white coffee, chee cheong fan ( quite famous here), some pastry,etc.

Friendly, warm, hospitable...
Then, she brings us to the cave in Ipoh..
The 1st cave near Gunung Rapat, the Kek Look Tong.

The whole family guided us here.
Even her mummy also very nice and friendly.
She brought her auntie, uncle, sister, cousin along too..

Then, she brings us to Perak Cave..

We ordered some to try..
The tauge in Ipoh look short and "fat"..*hehe*
The chicken tasted nice, good..the skin is smooth....
Last but not least, the salty chicken..
Best in the town.. Aun Kheng Lim
Come Ipoh, back with Salty Chicken..
Rm17 per pack.

Trip ended with lots of joy...

The Cat's City- Kuching[ Day 4]

Time flied!! 
Today already 4th day!! Time to back to the world where we from!!
Today, we wake up early in the morning for our final mission = USE UP ALL OUR MONEY!!*haha*
把钱花光, 为国争光 !!
We found this place = Kim JooNoodles

Their Kolo Mee is quite famous in Sarawak.
Kim Joo 's taste is totally different from the others coz they use the Black Vinegar while others use White Vinegar. But actually, you will not feel too sour as well...
The taste is not bad, quite nice!!
We ordered the basic taste with meat balls, fish cakes,char-siew, etc..
 Their store is near Carpenter Street, it just opposite Life Cafe!!
Next, we get into this cafe for the famous Sarawak Laksa!!
This is it - Madam Tang's Cafe which is located at St. Bishopgate..

It is also somewhere in Carpenter St. as well...

The most local taste Kuching Laksa that we found here!
 The taste is abit over la...I don't think people whom like the smooth taste will like it much la!
But, myself tasted it and feel it is just "so...so...so...La..."

The desert - Have a Break, 中街老店

The environment is so nice...Because of the Hot weather, we ordered some cold drinks as well!! *weeeee*

Get in some ice....we have.....


After having our desert, we continue to have our lunch!!
We went back to the yesterday food court to continue our meal!!*haha*
We just manage to order 3 dishes because our fully occupied stomach!!!*paiseh*
The same drinks, Sugacane with Coconut..
Then, we have rojak as our appetizer!!
I love most!! This Rojak taste so GREAT!! *thumb up*
We have Sweet & Sour Chicken!
Then, we have Midin cook with alcohol!!This 1 wouldn't get you mabuk la!!*haha*
And finally, we have Sarawak Pineapple!!*deng..deng....deng....*sweet.....sweet....sweet...
After lunch, we have to leave such great place...
But, before that, sure we have to take more more more more more more PHOTOSSssssssss....
We walk back to our lodge, then have our crazy shoot!!*haha*

Then, finally we get to have a new friend from Kuching!! Mr. Lee!

Around 5pm, we left the lodge and straight forward to the Kuching International Airport! Bye, Kuching!!

The Cat's city - Kuching [Day 2 ]

The time flied!!
Time to update it for my wonderful Kuching walk!!
The day 2- Wonderful Culture Village
Early in the morning, we ate our 5 star breakfast in our lodge dining room...
The great environment + the 5 star BREAKFAST= SUPER DAY!!
Then, 3 of us walk to the Grand Margherita Hotel to take our shuttle bus service to the Sarawak Culture Village.
Actually, we booked one day before the visit. It costs us RM20 for 2 ways shuttle service.
And I take the package for the SCV which is RM 75 included entrance fees and shuttle service!!
The time is still early, so have a photo shooting 1st la!!!*haha*
After a 45 minutes ride, finally we arrived!!!
The road is rugged and rough!! We are like riding the roller coaster!!*FAINT*
Our fats inside the body is coming out after the ride!!!*haha*
Here is it!! The Sarawak Culture Village
SCV is also the home of The Rainforest World Music Festival!!

I get my "passport" after purchasing my ticket!!
This passport is special for the visitors to collect the stamps for the visit to each long house!!
The sticker given too for the entrance purpose.
During the visit, there is also a culture show for us at 11.30am and also 4.00pm.
The show is nice to see, the dancers are all Professional!!!
 
After the show, we continue with our visit to the long houses!!
The big, grand long house is so nice!!
We had our photo session with the Ibans....

Because it was raining, so we might going back to the town area at the time of 3pm.
Then, we continue with FOODDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!
We went into the local coffee house!!
The Black Bean Coffee- the best coffee in Malaysia compare with Star***** & Coffee****....

This special roasted coffee beans are all plant in Sarawak!! 
 You should try it!!! Ini lagi best!!!
 We ordered these 3 different coffee using the Sarawak Liberica & Java Robusta!!
The taste of the coffee is so smooth!!

After the coffee session, we walked across the road to get our dinner!!

The dishes & environment is so comfort!!

The prices are reasonable!!
The food is good tasted!!
Can try it when You are in KUCHING!!
The day ended with a GREAT SMILE!!
